You will be entering data into a spreadsheet from images taken daily of written forms. You will check a Google Drive folder location daily at 8:00am your time for images. Each image will be a scan of a manual written spreadsheet. You will accurately enter the written data into a spreadsheet and send an email to a given email address when complete.
This process should take no more than 30 minutes per day. If you are able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail there will be opportunity for more tasks which could lead to regular employment.
Please demonstrate the following simple set of instructions to prove your attention to detail. The first sentence of your response should read, "I have read your requirements in full". Secondly, I need you to ask any questions you have in point form with a heading called questions.

It is almost imperative for a data entry professional to know cloud services like the ones available on Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets etc.) so if you still don't I suggest you start learning fast. The client pays handsomely but seems to also consider lower bids but I suppose as easy as this task is, $2 would be a generous hourly bill. You can even bid lower just to have the chance of working for a seemingly good employer.

Applying for a job with the employer's payment method still left unverified can sometimes be a waste of time but as they say no one wins the lottery without getting a ticket so you have to take a calculated risk. Study the ad carefully and look for signs that they are serious. In this case, I see that they are looking for two full time employees that are not entry level freelancers but intermediate workers with experience at a great value. They just signed up so they are new and the verification may be in progress. The client also has another open job with similar requirements. My best bet here is that the employer is solid and if they find good workers they might even be in for the long haul on oDesk.

Easy work at 40 hours weekly can be golden when landed at the right hourly price. Do not undervalue yourself and bid less than a dollar an hour for this, even if it is your first time.
